If there are no imprints, we can actually rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet. They are all required by law to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency.

Tablets without an imprint are most likely over the counter products, though there is a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
