Diane 35 Pills Side Effect With Blood Spot

I have been taking Diane 35 for 16 days and i have suddenly backache plus i have noticed some blood spot.
Is it the sign of pregnancy or is it the side effect?

Those can be normal side effects of hormonal contraceptives, especially when you're new to taking them and may persist for about 3 months, while your body is getting used to them.

Other side effects may possibly including nausea, weight gain and irritability, as listed by the FDA.
