Diane 35 Pills Side Effect In Monthly Period

hi im using diane pill for almost 7 years i stopped last Sept 2015 i had a period but its only for 2 days fewer than regular this month Oct 2015 i had period but only 1 day? is it normal. i had read some article that some who had stopped using this pill it takes a month before having a period..Is it normal?
