Dextroamphetamine Amphetamine Er Usage

What is dextroamphetamine/amphetamine er? I've just started this med. Does it take time for it to build up in your system before it starts working? If so, how long does it take?

This is a generic for Adderall, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD, narcolepsy, and shift work sleep disorder.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, nervousness, and anorexia.

There should be some immediate effects, but it will take 4 to 5 weeks to reach its full level of efficacy in your body.
