Deviry 10mg Results

I have taken deviry 10mg (3 tablets daily), but missed my third tablet on the third day (at night) and I took it on the following day. I have taken a total of 10 tablets in four days. Today is the fifth day after finishing my deviry dose, but still i haven't gotten my periods. All of my thyroid reports (TSH, LH) are normal. Please advise.
