They could be related to the infection that's being treated, or not related to either one.

Antibiotics can usually treat and help clear up boils. Have you checked with your doctor?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Penicillin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Have you ever gotten them, before?
