Details Of Tablet P 500 With Comp Paracetamol

Does p 500 tab contain steroids or not? Because the physician who prescribed said to avoid steroids, as it will cause some side effects.

I received a notice saying that Radio National de Mocambique warns of "Machupo" virus in the P/500 Paracetamol tablet. That is the most dangerous virus in the world.. Please i need to know is it true?
