This tablet is manufactured by Edwards Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 400mgs of Guaifenesin and 10mgs of Phenylephrine, it is an over the counter cold remedy.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
