I found a loose pill that I may have dropped a few months ago under my bed it is a cop 116 what is this

This tablet is manufactured by Chain Drug Marketing and they list it as containing 650mgs of Acetaminophen, in a time released formulation, it is available over the counter and is a generic for Tylenol Arthritis.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
