Dental Patient

I gave ofloxocin and acecloplus to my patient with dental pain and abscess but he complains increase in pain following consumption of tablets

I find the same thing when I have infections in my mouth and I take any antibiotics. I assumed it was because its fighting the bacteria, therefore irritating it temporarily. I have no medical basis to this. I'm only sharing my experience and assumption. Also- Smoking also seemed to irritate it further when on antibiotics. So if your patient is a smoker I'd suggest not smoking for a few hours after taking the tablet.
