Did you mean the pain medication Dilaudid? It contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone and is a narcotic analgesic.
It is a very strong medication, they gave it to me in the ER the other night and I didn't feel anything afterwards for several hours.
It does, however, cause side effects: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, constipation and vomiting.
