Defcort 30mg Instead For Treatment Of Nephrotic Syndrome

my son 4 yrs old is suffring from nephrotic syndrome. before he was being treated with 10mg omnacortil which is a steoid, and has side effects. now the doctor suggested using defcort 30mg as it has less side effects.
can any1 recommend this medicene?

Defcort contains Deflazacort, a glucocoticoid steroid, so there can still be possible side effects.

They may include: nausea, dizziness, weight gain and acne.
