I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to whether or not they will prescribe medications that I can refer to for you.
Generally, possibly habit forming drugs are the last choice for treatment, to be used only when the other treatment options have failed.
Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone? With many pain specialists being overwhelmed right now, that would like be the easiest and speediest way to find the help you need.
