Found a cardboard package under 13-year-old's bed with three different colored series of pills packaged in it that you push through. The only thing written on them is the dosage (10 mg/20 mg/40 mg). The first ones are marked on the package as day 1 - 7 pink small oval pills, then days 8 - 14 oval just a little larger salmon colored pills, then days 15 - 30 are larger oval light green pills.

Are there any markings on the tablets themselves, if you remove one from the packaging?
I'll do some searching and see if I can find anything that matches this description, but it would help greatly if you could post back with any additional information you can.
Does anyone else recognize these tablets?

May be Gen Rx Methamphetamine pink 5mg tablet green 40 mg - yes, the brown us 25 mg tablet vs orange 75 mg tablet from gen Rx amphetamine is same, but colours are opposite to milligram of each other.
