Dark Spots On Skin

Dark spots on face and one on kneck. My doctor said it looks like spots from a allergic reaction to something. Every once in a while if I eat something, my bottom lip starts to swell then hours later, the dark spots start to itch and if I scratch, form redness around the spot.

The best suggestion I can make is that you consult an allergist/immunologist, or a dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis, and discover possible treatment options.
