Dark Purple Capsule With S111 Imprinted, Blue Powder Inside

I found a half bottle of capsules in my daughter n laws room. She hasnt been to any doctor in the past 5 monthe. The bittle is marked for "Hydrocodin-Acetaminophn tab 10-325 gen for Norco" but doesn't look like what should be in the bottle. Should I be concerned ?

In case anyone is searching for this capsule in the future...

It is manufactured by Mission Pharmacal, it is called Uribel, and is used to treat urinary spasms, and frequency. Each capsule contains:
hyoscyamine 0.12 mg, methenamine 118 mg, methylene blue 10 mg, phenyl salicylate 36 mg, and sodium phosphate 40.8 mg.

NDC: 00076-0111

dark blue S 111 capsule

Inactive ingredients may include:
Anhydrous Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Shellac, Silicon Dioxide
