Dark Pink Pill Oblong

I found a dark pink oblong pill wih a marking 1 on one side and blank on the other...any ideas what it is?

With such an obscure imprint, I'm inclined to think that this is most likely an over the counter product of some type.

Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
