Dark Green Pill No Markings

It's a triangular dark green pill with absolutely no markings; 3 sided. I found them in a script bottle in the parking lot at work. Please help.

I was trying to Google the same thing. Fiance bought equate acetaminophen and seal was broken already. Only 1 of these in the jar.

I came across reports of dark green triangular pills being sold as "xtc", whilst actually containing Dextromethorphan (DXM), which is a cough suppressant with sedative-like properties. Apparently, these unmarked green triangle pills have been found throughout the US and UK - however, my take is that the only way to know for certain what this contains would be to have its contents analyzed by a lab.

Have either of you found any additional information on these since the timing of your post?
