You mention two different identifying numbers here, both 5642 and 5246. I cant find anything for 5246, so I am going to assume it is 5642. This is generic minoxidil 2.5mg or name brand Loniten. This is a medication used to treat high blood pressure. Side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, among others.
