hi.,iam using tab Daflon 500mg twice daily ,Pilex,Bidanzen forte& isabgol powder for haemorrhoids from last 2-3 months.i am feeling like heavy pain in my legs specially in ankles while walking,after sitting at a place for more than 4-5 mins.pain is more after waking up from the sleep.i feel like mild fever whole day.i checked my t3 hormone last month,it is elevated to some extent

Daflon contains 90% Diosmin and 10% Flavonoids. It is used to treat chronic venuous disease and hemorrhoids.

The normal side effects include: nausea and headache.

Pilex is an herbal supplement used to treat hemmorhoids, therefore the side effects to it are unknown and it is not actually proven to help with anything.

Bidanzen Forte contains Serratiopeptidase, this is also a supplement, claimed but not proven to help with pain and inflamation.

Isabgol is another supplement containing Psyllium Seed Husks, this is used to help prevent constipation and promote regular bowel movements. There no side effects listed for this one, either, other than some minor bloating.

That said, I cannot really tell you what may be causing your symptoms.

I have been having severe pain in my rectum from hemmorrids...I have used the supporities, wipes, and creams, had pain killers...but after about two months am still having a lot of pain expecially after a pass, even now that it is not hard...Dr. put me on Daflon 500 how is this going to help. I take Daflon 500mg for pain in my legs
I feel anesthesia in my right hand after taking it by 30 minutes,Is this serious? Does Daflon 500mg have anything to do with it ?

my husband was in a severe car accident 2 yrs ago....he was fitted with metal in his elbow and hip....his elbow did not straighten completely and he cannot use it as well as the other arm...recently his doctor has prescribed DAFLON 500 once a day....is this normal? will it help his veins and muscles?

Recently I was advided to find Daflon for the chronic venous insufficiency, but, as I was told, this drug is not approved by FDA and I need to look for it in Europe where it could be found over the counter.
If anyone is bying this drug in US, please let me know where. I see some sites selling Daflon 500, but I afraid of the fake.

Hi, It's me, Tatyana, again. I got Daflon from my friend from Germany – I could not buy it in USA and was taking it for 3 months (Sep, Oct, Nov) 3 pills a day for the complication of the varicose vein - severe phlebitis. It helped me a lot, my leg was getting better every day! I was like a miracle - I was trying different things and prescriptions for a year going from one doctor to another and nothing helped. Finally one vascular surgeon suggested me to find Daflon if I can. This doctor told me that his peers in Europe are using this medication to treat venous insufficiencies for years with a great success: inflammation and pain are almost gone; leg is not getting swollen anymore. I still wear compression stockings, but they did not help me before. I still have some discoloration and could feel some hard bumps under the skin, but it is incomparable with what I had. I did not have any side effects, no pain or headache or anything. I am 58 years old and have some health conditions as high blood pressure and low thyroid and take medications for these diseases, but again, Daflon did not affect me in any negative ways. I tried not to take it with my other pills - I made 1-2 hours interval between them. Now I am off the Daflon for 2 months - after my leg condition has been dramatically improved, a doctor suggested me to have a break for 3 months to see if the improvement is stable. It is stable, but I am going to order Daflon again for another 3 months and hope to get even better.

I bought Daflon 500 mg today, it can be found in Trinidad.
I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Capillary Leak Syndrome. The doctor only prescribed a compression stocking. I am trying other things like Bilberry extract and Ozone treatment.
Does anyone know if Daflon can help to repair the capillaries? Or if there are other possibilities for repair.

Amazing, I got Daflon 500mg here in (Accra-Ghana, West Africa) and trust me it worked miraculously. I was using it together with Anusol Ointment. The dosage was 1x3 daily and it really helped me. I sent some to my sister in UK last month who was also having the sam problem as mine which was hemorrhoids (piles). Daflon is really good.

Possibly you have some kind of combination with another grugs? Or some health issues with your colon or intestines? Or maybe Daflon you use came from the unsaved source and is a fake? I was using Daflon for 3 months last year for the complication after the vein strip surgery. The condition was really bad - the leg was terrible swollen, hige hard bumps dur to the bad phlebitis. I visited multiple vascular surgeons looking for the opinions and treatment - no one could help! They suggested compression stockins - that's all. But the stocking did not help. I suffer like this for more than a year after the surgery. Finally last summner I found one doctor who suggested to get Daflon. My friend from Germany bought 3 month supply in the pharmacy where they requested it from France where it is produced. I noticed the difference during 1st 2-3 weeks. Aftre 3 months everything was gone like I have never had the problem! Now I am great, I even do not use stockins now - the led is never getting swollen, no pain.
And during all of those 3 months I did not have any kind of side effects, not so ever! But I tried taking Daflon separately from any of the other drugs I am taking from my blood presure and thyroid and baby aspirin. I tried to have at least 2 hours between them. No one told me this, I did it just in case as a precaution.

I sort of had a minor blood clot on my left foot around the ankle area,and saw the doc,and he instead of giving me some pills to make the blood flow,said i should go in for operation,and i agreed not knowing he wanted to make a fast buck,and doing so he even cut up my nerve and now I have no sensation around the ankle till the third and fourth toes. this happenend at the holy family hospital in bandra mumbai,on 9 feb2010.After me telling the doc..bryan sodder,that he damaged my nerve during the operation,he just refused to accept his mistake,and had the cheek to say R u the Doctor ! I then went to another hospital for treatment..Hinduja at mahim mumbai where dr Daver,did a good job in rectifying the fault.Thanks to him the wound healed after 6 months ubder his care..but damage was done to the nerve and nothing could be done about it...so I was told to take ecosprin 150 for the blood flow,but till today no improvement..my left leg gets heavy if I dont take the pills.Now I have seen dr Parash Pai at lilavati hospital at bandra mumbai,he his also a varicose surgeon and he has recommended Daflon 500mg for a month and then check up again to see if it helps the flow of blood. I hope it works and will let u all know of my progess,..

Daflon is very good drug for varicose vein treatment .you can see the colour change in two weeks in your ankles mild side effects like gastric but that's manageable

I have used this tablet of 1000mg when i was sufferring from severe rectal bleeding, witha course of only 3 days, it cured. advise you to take 1 tab of 1000MG regulary at night or 2 tablet of 500ng morning and night daily till 7 days.

I had a leg condition for years, my mother and Grandmother both had the same condition. My legs were swollen and became very dark.
