The manufacturer's web site suggests 2 tablets daily for chronic hemmorhoids, and in the event of an acute crisis 6 tablets daily for 4 days, then 4 tablets daily for 3 days [1]. Of course, this is just a general guideline, and Verwon is right in saying that it is ultimately best to follow your doctor's advice. Do you have any other questions or information to add?
