I located your pill to be Erythromycin ethylsuccinate (400 mg).

Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic used in replacement for people who have an allergy to penicillins. It can be used for dental abscess; chlamydia infection; strep throat; bowel preparation; and syphilis, among other uses as well.
