Cytotec 1 Day Bleeding And Now Negative

I'm anne.I am positive 1 month 7days pregnant before I took cytotec last Saturday. I inserted 2 in vigana and orally took 6 pills. I bleed moderately for 3hours and have a clot in my first urination then no more exept d spotting on d second and third.yesterdaya and This morning i took pt and is negative. Is it okay or do i need to takke more pills? I am poor nd minor i cant go to see a doctr.pls help
