I found some pills in my medicine cabinet with the marking cyp 282 . Can you identify them for me

These tablets are manufactured by Cypress Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 8mgs of Chlorpheniramine, 2.5mgs of Methscopolamine, and 90mgs of Pseudoephedrine. It is most commonly used to treat upper respiratory issues, like allergies, or cold symptoms.
