Cymgen 60 And Mirena Side Effects

I am taking Cymgen 60 and having the Mirena birth control inserted, but I am uncertain now as I have read about a few bad side effects of it together with depression. I need clarity on this as I can opt for the Nova -T instead

Yes, the Mirena uses a hormone to prevent pregnancy, so it can cause some mood swings and irritability, as listed by the FDA. Other side effects may include nausea, headache and spotting.
