I looked up side effects because I feel terrible and its been eight years on this medication with at least six years twice a day 60 mg

The FDA lists the maximum daily dose as being 120mgs once daily, though some people may need to split it up into several doses, but your insurance company is correct, 3 doses a day would be more than recommended. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes.
