Based on my research, Cyclopam contains the two active ingredients Dicycloverine + Paracetamol.

This medication is listed as having both antispasmodic and analgesic effects, but there are no specific details stating that it can cause weight gain; not even as a side effect.

If you are experiencing any abnormalities in your weight, I would also check to see if it could possibly be related to various lifestyle changes, including diet, exercise, stress, etc..
