Cure Of Loosemotion

if a person is getting 8-9 loose motion in a day,then how we can cure this ,and why it is happening?

I am having intestinal infection in my stomach due to which i am suffering from loose motions from 2 years after every meal,even if eat something i got loose motions.....also suffering from night fall 2or 3 times in a week .........Kindly suggest me some medicine and precautions related to it..I never visit the doctor coz i hazitate in explaining my problem
