Cr 500 Medication

I have been using Epilum 1 x 500 mg morning and 2 x 500 mg in evening since 2008. Can it cause osteoarthritis, i have diagnosed with osteoarthritis.

No, from what I'm finding, it has been known to cause OA. That's usually just a degenerative condition that sometimes develops due to age.

What treatment has been recommended? Are you on anything for the pain?
