This is an over the counter medication called Midol. It is used usually by women who are PMSing, or having cramps from menstruating.

The white oval pill with the embossed numbers cpc 2826 is a general form of MIDOL which can be bought at CVS drug-store. I hope this helps. 2 pills at a time can be taken, every 6 hours.
