I found a small white tablet with a m in a square on one side and a line down the center on the other side with a number 5. What is this?

Chris, are you sure the M and 30 arent' on the same side and then PF on the other side? If so, this does match a reddish pill called MS Contin or morphine. It is 30mg and is highly addictive and a schedule two narcotic.

Sheila, your pill is something called generic tramadol 50mg. It is generic for Ultram. It is not a narcotic but many states treat it as such because it has proven to be addictive. It can cause insomnia, loss of appetite, blurred vision.
