Could Sporidex Af 750 Cap Be Continued With Fluconazole 200mg Tab & Pre Probiotic Cap 100 Million Cfu?

I am suffering from bad fungal infection since last two years, it is found on my penile head(red rashes) & on foreskin(cracked) & repeatedly coming back, I am taking sporidex AF 750 cap & fluconazole 200mg once in a week & pre probiotic cap of 100 million cfu twice daily, using ointment zimig alternating aloe vera gel(skin care) on the infected area. Now my query is that, all those medicines mentioned above is the right kind of treatment for the above disease? and consuming of sporidex af 750 cap with fluconazole 200mg tab & pre probiotic cap 100 million cfu. could be continued in the course treatment all together?

I am of about 62 yrs.since last 2 years I've found few red rashes appearing on my penile head,and fore skin is being cracked and having pain while pull it back,I have used public toilets sometimes & somewhere while being outside of my house,I don't know that, this is the cause of having this type of infection.however I have gone to dermatologist and as per his prescription I have taken flucos 150 tab twice in a week for 6 months with sporidex 750 AF for 10-15 days & zimig 1% cream(terbinafine hydrochloride cream) ointment externally applied on effected area, I was free from this infection within 10-15 days from day of starting medicine.but after 6 or 7 months it has been relapsed again and I've continued the same medicines but not fluconazole for a long run as I did first, I took fluconazole for a month or 2, this time also it disappears within 10 to15 days,but again it appeared within 3 or 4 months,then repeatedly,when the medicines are stopped, now I am taking pre&proboitic cap of 100cfu twice in a day with or after meal in addition of those above said medicines and I am also taking fusys DT 50mg(dispersible fluconazole tab)once daily in stead of fluconazole 150 tab .I think I have erectile dysfunction though it is common in the age of myself but sometimes I do also think that this dysfunction is due to the infections which I have acquired by any means,This made me mad and found no way to get rid of such disease.So please doctor help me to free myself from this disease.Thank you.
