Yes, you have received the correct medication. It may be different from the tablet you previously received from your pharmacy due to the fact that there is currently a shortage of this medication. The reasons haven't been given, but the complete supply from one manufacturer isn't currently available. Several people have asked very similar questions.
Some pharmacies have been unable to get in any generic supply, at all and have had to provide the name brand.
