@rick,

If you're looking for alternative COPD treatment options, some medications to consider speaking with your doctor for about may include, but are not limited to the following:

-Bronchodilators (short/long-acting)
*Albuterol
*Levalbuterol
*Ipratropium
*Tiotropium
*Arformoterol

-Corticosteroids
*Fluticasone
*Prednisolone
*Budesonide

-Methylxanthines

This is just to name a few, and it may be that your doctor could end up recommending something entirely different... however if you research each and every option out there, at least you can get a better idea of what to anticipate ahead of time.

Does any one else out there have suggestions from personal experience?
