Could you possibly mean the imprint COR 116?
If you then you most likely have 650 mg Acetaminophen (over the counter)

The pill you have probably does say COP 116, Not COR 116. This is 650mg of Acetaminophen. A generic form of Tylenol....It is EXTENDED release strength. Regular acetaminophen is 325mg.....Extra Strength 500mg....EXTENDED release is 650mg....also used for the Arthritis pain reliever....Usually found at the Dollar General Stores with their DG on the bottle....Hope that helps.
