Is it safe to take Althea pills while I'm drinking Lipton tea at the same time Im eating only vegetables?

Yes, neither tea, nor vegetables are known to affect oral contraceptives.
The NIH lists the typical side effects of them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, spotting, irritability, and PMS-like symptoms.
However, if you are following a vegan diet, please make sure that you do eat some other foods, such as nuts, to make sure you get enough protein.
