I'm 37 years old. For the better part of my adult years I have experienced memory loss. I get confused as to where I leave things. keys, purse, etc.. It wasn't so bad in my 20's ,but in my 30"s I noticed a significant increase. This has caused me problems in many facets of my life. I don't take drugs or drink. Any ideas?

Hello, Gissy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems that you're having.
There are actually several medical issues that can cause this, include some mild forms of epilepsy.
Have you ever had this checked out? You should likely have some evaluations done to get to the root of the problem, you may require treatment.
