Concor And Exercise

I think concor slows the reaction response time for your heart to pump, thus making you more relaxed or something. However does this cause any big problems with cardiovascular training?

This medication actually relaxes your blood vessels making it easier for your heart to pump blood, so it doesn't have to work so hard, according to the NIH.

As to cardio training, you may experience some initial issues, such as being out of breath, and fatigued faster than usual, but things should improve in a few weeks, once your body gets used to the medication, according to the U.S. FDA.

Are you on any other medications?
