Concor 2.5mg Efficacy

I am a 37 year old male and my blood pressure is 110/70. I take 1/2 of this medicine (concor 2.5mg) daily after lunch. Is it beneficial or not?

This medication is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, increased urination, and hypotension.
