Concerta Washout Time

what is the washout period when changing from concerta to dexedrine

zero, I switched and one day i was on concerta the next I was dexedrine. No bad effects they are two different stimulants. I did, however, learn that methylphenidate (ritalin/concerta) are safer in overall neural functioning then amphetamines (dexedrine and adderal). If they are taken together, in smaller safe doses the methylphenidate can actually prevent some of the damage caused to the neurons by the amphetamine
