Concerta 72mg 41 Yo Female

I am 41 and started taking concerta 72mg one 32 mg pill at 830 and the other at 1230. At first I was taking both bills in the morning but it not effect for me after a few hours. I was a unable to focus at work always making mistakes. This has been going on all my life. This medicine has saved my life because my supervisor notice I am focus and detail more at work. I have to force myself to eat sometimes I get sick after I eat. I did have road rage twice since being on this medicine the worst side effect but since I notice this I will work on it. I am normally mild manor nothing bothers me. I am really happy my doctor discovered me having ADHD. I had it since I was younger my aunt said it to my parents and they did nothing.

How long have you been taking it?

Some side effects, such as the irritability that can cause road rage may take awhile to taper off in intensity, usually about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication.

It can cause some nausea and if it's causing you problems with eating, you may want to ask your doctor if you can add something such as an antacid with it, that may help to settle your stomach. The loss of appetite is also a normal side effect.
