Comparering 30mg.-5,7.5 Etc.of Vicodin

does anyone know how the 5, 7.5,10, compare to millagrams such as 30mg..

The numbers you have posted (5, 7.5, 10) refer to how many mg of Hydrocodone (the active narcotic ingredient) are in the med. Vicodin contains two major ingredients: Acetaminophen (found in Tylenol) and Hydrocodone.

So, for example if you have a Vicodin 5/500, it means that the pill contains 5 mg Hydrocodone + 500 mg Acetaminophen. Hope this helps!

Roy is correct, each one contains a different dose of the Hydrocodone, which is the active narcotic ingredient.
