Columbus Ohio Narcotic Abuse Psychiatrists

I am looking for a narcotic abuse psychiatrist in Columbus, Ohio. I am a registered nurse trying to get my licsense back through the nursing board. My 4 months has past and I have been narcotic free for over a year now. But the nursing board has seeing a psychiatrist as an requirement. Can you help?

I was prescribed Clendix (300mmg) and Severin (10mmg) for a swollen tooth right before I left Mexico to the US. What is the US equivalent?
I'm not staying here for long so I'd like to avoid paying the a excesive amount, I think, a US dentists charge.
