I found a small deep blue/turquoise caplet with the numbers 44-473 imprinted in gthe side. What is it?

nothing to worry about drug abuse wise. it is 44 473 (Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine acetaminophen 325 mg / chlorpheniramine 2 mg / dextromethorphan 10 mg / phenylephrine 5 mg) which is basically a drug used to treat the symptoms of the common cold
