From what I could gather, Collins is a pharmaceutical company based in Guadalajara, Mexico. I didn't locate an exact match to your pill, but among my findings were clues depicting this as some sort of foreign generic viagra (100mg) tablet that goes by the name "Mazzogran" - a product of Collins pharmaceuticals.

If it really is "for your man" as your username suggests, then I see this as a viable suspect for sure.
