Have you ever had a chance to try out Herpecin-L for cold sores? If you're looking for more information on this medication, I went ahead and posted the Active Ingredients below:

Dimethicone 1%: skin protectant
Meradimate 5%: sunscreen
Octinoxate 7.5%: sunscreen
Octisalate 5%: sunscreen
Oxybenzone 6%: sunscreen

Inactive Ingredients:

helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, petrolatum, ozokerite, mineral oil, microcrystalline wax, talc, titanium dioxide, beeswax, melissa officinalis leaf extract, cetyl lactate, glyceryl laurate, flavor, lysine HCI, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine HCI, panthenol, BHT

According to the manufacturer's webpage, you can get this medication without a prescription at your local drug store, including: walgreens, target, walmart, and even online at amazon.
