Hello, Kizzykat! How are you?

You shouldn't take it with the Atenolol, unless your doctor specifically instructs you to do so. The Calcium in it can reduce the efficacy of the Atenolol, so it may not work as well for you.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Atenolol as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
