Clotrimazole Cream I P 2 W

I am using polycutan for almost 3 years, my skin condition is worsen. The skin layer is depleted. There is a burning sensation, itching and redness of the skin will tiny swellings.
Please advise.

Why have you been using it for so long?

This is normally used to treat fungal infections, such as yeast infections and isn't normally intended for long-term use.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation and dryness.

It seems that due to family background I have Syrosis. And it was found that itching comes and goes. If I sweat a lot, then it becomes worse. I was advised to dilute this cream with some other cream. Since then I am using a mixture of Polycutan+Vaseline. It really helped. But the damage was already done.
The skin has deep stretch marks, which is a very thin layer.
