I WANT TO KNOW CLOPIDOGREL TAB IP and CLOPIDOGREL TABLET (with out IP) are same.

dear sir I am using clopacin 75mg from last 1 years, now I got (clopitab,(clopidogrel tablets I.P) is this the same tablets? what is this I.P. I m confuse.plz can you tel me whats difference I.P.and with out i.p.

I am taking nikoran- 5 daily 2 tablets ,homochek daily 1 teblets & met xl 25 daily 1 teblets &,rozucor asp -10 daily 1 teblets . should I take clopitab tab also .
I have 50 % heart blokege.
