Clonodine Showing Up On Drug Test

I strongly believe my ex wife is giving my 6 year old child clonodine against my wishes, I want to have him drug tested but cant find out for sure what type of test Clonodine will show up on. Per our custody order, he is not allowed to be taking this medicine, it has caused all kinds of bad reactions in him, but it knocks him out and he told me she still gives it to him before bed so she doesnt have to stay up with him. I am just having a hard time proving it. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
